A simple x2 combination of herbs (lemon balm and skull cap) that will have a relaxing effect combined with amplified anti-anxiety relief.
Boil water and pour over 1 heaped tablespoon, cover and steep for 10 minutes. You may add honey (optional).
My experience is a longer deep sleep period, an essental part of the sleep cycle when your body replenishes from the day.
To help with realxation you must do some work, ensure you eliminate or reduce coffee consumption and get at least a moderate exercise routine. And underlying issues that may require talking to someone may help in reducing a mind that will not 'shut down'.
